This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. does not say nothing when answered and does not leave a voice mail....calls approximately 3 times per day.

Call at least twice a day...Once after 11PM! Just not right...and nobody is there when I answer...Stupid robots!

this number calls my cell phone, I answer and hear background noise, no one speaks - just hangs up after a few seconds
